Price Gouging the opening nights led me to stay on the outskirts but I don't really recommend that unless you are staying with some buddies for a night until you can get closer to downtown. All hotels are overpriced the first week of the MCWS so it is a give and take. « We took our two grandsons to Omaha for the College World Series. When we couldn’t find anything walkable, we just looked for a good value and found Countryside Inn. No complaints. Room was good sized and the breakfast was very good. And the ladies who were working there were tireless. »
