« Let me say this is a very unique place to stay. The building is quite beautiful and elegant. My room was very nice. The staff was very friendly. While I was there i wasn't disturbed at all by any noise inside or out. The price seemed very reasonable. I did have two items I did not like, the towels were very coarse and not soft and I did not find the bed comfortable (I think I should say I have a gel memory foam bed at home so other's might not share my opinion on the bed). « The housekeeping is every other day. This was not advertised. My room was not cleaned much to my surprise. And I arrived at 11.56 with a handicapped person and the front desk clerk said I would have to wait until 12.15 to check. I had to ask for the manager on duty to get a room. The staff is terrible. Not up to Hilton standards. »
