« Great location in the city, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and has lots of character and amazing original artwork. Our room on the 12th floor was a nice size and the bathroom was very large, the water pressure was wonderful and the soap, shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful. « The customer service was amazing. I had some complications booking with an outside party and I got charged twice. That outside party was unhelpful so I was very stressed on arrival. Isiah who greeted me at the front desk was very kind. He even stepped to the back for awhile & came back saying it’s handled! He contacted the company and got everything fixed for me, it was unexpected and put me at ease. A problem that wasn’t theirs to fix, so it was above and beyond service. The hotel room was...
