hotel et service de haut niveau
Premier séjour au Japon et nuit au Hilton d'Odawara parfaite avec qualite de service a la hauteur. Nuit dans un cottage ou tout était parfait, avec futon pour les enfants. Seul bémol les taxes de séjour très importante mais compensé par un buffet au petit dejeuner bluffant.

Sportraum, Spa und Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand. Die Gärten sind gepflegt. Frühstück war sowohl westlich als auch traditionell japanisch vorhanden, sodass man beides probieren kann. Frische Eiergerichte kann man sich auch zubereiten lassen. Den Shuttleservice nach Odawara oder Nebukawa solltet ihr nutzen, um nicht unnötig Geld für die Bahn auszugeben. Lasst euch die Fahrzeitenliste geben. Man sollte bedenken, es fallen extra Hotspring Gebühren von 300¥ pro Nacht an, welches mir vorher nicht bewusst war. Trotzdem war es ein tolles Hotel mit verschiedenen Wellnessangeboten, um sich vom ganzen Metropolentrubel zu erholen.

スタッフの教育が最悪でした。 1人だけなのかと思ったら、複数人に無愛想な対応をされました。謎にピリついている感じで、とても不快な空間だなと感じました。 何度も利用して、今までそんな事は無かったです。 ヒルトンを選んだ意味がないと思いました。

館内での飲食が25%オフになる宿泊プランだったが、チェックアウト時は満額を請求、こちらから指摘して仕方なく差し引く感じで、謝罪も一切なく非常に不愉快な旅だった。

アメニティが何も部屋になく、フロントでの有料でもお取り扱いがない、売店には一泊用もなく、 20日用サイズしかなかった。 とても不便な場所で、車でないと難しい。 無料送迎バスは夕方以降はないのと 土日は小田原まで行ってなく、無人駅で降ろされる。 翌日の朝にタクシーを呼んでほしいとお願いしたが、あっさり無いですと言われ、あとはシャトルバスの時間までお待ち下さいと、、 ひたすら電話をかけまくり自力でなんとかしたが、 タクシーないのが当たり前の対応。 施設内は清潔でした。

Amazing views, friendly service.
I chose this hotel to take my mum with walking problem. They have spacious, clean swimming center and onsen hot spring in the connected annex. Our room was on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of Sagami Bay. It suited our purpose but it is NOT a place to get about by public transport. It is isolated on the hill and their free shuttle bus runs only once every hour to Odawara. However for a quiet, relaxing few days, it was perfect for us! Breakfast had a big selection and the staff were very friendly. (Special thanks to Aziz-san!)

親子共々お気に入りのホテルで3度目の宿泊です。 プールがついていて、ボーリングやカラオケができるのも子供が楽しめます。 ロッカールームの掃除もいきとどいていて安心して使えます。 食事も美味しくて、シェフの方も親切で気持ちがいいです。 ホテルの方達もとても親切で丁寧な接客です。 是非また伺いたいと思います(^^)
