For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a resort fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is $45 per person per week or $25 per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is $30 per person per week or $20 per person for 3 days or less. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay ahead of time via PayPay and will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. There is also a limited day pass option: Daily passes are $10 per person per day and will be available on a limited basis (M-F excluding holidays starting at 9:00 a.m.). No key FOBs are available for daily use. All guests must abide by all community rules, including signing in and out of the Clubhouse.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
