« 5 of us (all over 55) stayed here. Great location a block from boardwalk & beach. Very clean. Cute little porch to sit on. Came with all linens & towels. Has dishwasher. We were able to make our own breakfast & lunches, we went out for dinners. Could use a clock in living area & TP holders tho. Supplied beach chairs too. Loved it and would go back »

« The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring. « We were happy with the view and were pleasantly surprised with the open concept. It was nice to chat with eachother whether sitting at the dining table, kitchen stools or living room. Some things looked like it needed an upgrade but nothing we were concerned with. I would like to note that the bathroom sinks drained rather slow. Overall all guests were happy with everything. No complaints. Perfect for a girls trip! »
