« The hotel upgrade my room which was nice but the shower gel inside the bathroom was EMPTY, I didn’t know until I was in my shower, I need to get out of the shower to fetch the bar of soap which created a trace of wet footprints! I left a note on the counter for the House Maintenance Team this morning. »
