« Le Berkeley City Club est un magnifique hôtel, de taille raisonnable, oeuvre de l'architecte Julia Morgan. Les oeuvres d'art sont partout, dans l'architecture comme dans la décoration. La vue sur la baie de San Francisco est époustouflante. La gastronomie y est aussi à l'honneur, au restaurant comme au bar. Un séjour d'exception. »

« Gorgeous historic hotel, top notch amenities. Stuff is very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is very good. One thing to know - not all rooms are equally well located and appointed. Our room central AC was broken, and portable AC unit was very noisy. We asked to move to a different room, which was much better but had windows with frosted glass for privacy. Do inquire ahead of time to make sure you are booking a good room. »

« The location was amazing for us. There were many wonderful shops, great pastries, and excellent restaurants, and you could get almost anywhere using public transportation! I just want to remind folks that this is an Airstream and essentially camping, so if you’re not a camper, this wouldn't be a good option for you. But it was perfect for us, and I think in the summer, the backyard will be beautiful and you’ll enjoy hanging out there. »

« Cozy little cabin! Stayed with my husband and two dogs for 4 weeks! I didn't realize until we arrived that the house was located near a major bike blvd/protected bike lane which made so much of Berkeley and Oakland accessible. We took advantage of all the great restaurants/cafes that were walking/biking distance away (La Note, Imm, Rose Pizzeria, and more). « This property was very dirty. I washed the cupboards, bathrooms ,and floors when we arrived. The listing says 2 bathrooms but we didn’t use the one shower because it was cracked. The neighbors were loud and woke us up every night slamming the stairway door, which made my dog bark. Then they complained about the barking. Please note that a first floor unit requires you to use an elevator AND stairs if you can’t fit in the garage. He did respond to my question about parking our truck somewhere...
