« Good morning, our stay at this hotel was not what we wanted. When we arrived we found that the room reserved for us was on the second floor. As my wife has a knee injury we asked for a room on the first floor. This was refused to us on the pretext that the room had been reserved by Expedia and that the hotel's reservation system did not allow it. « Worst Expedia booking ever! We got there and had paid for 2 rooms. They said they overbooked by around 40 rooms that day. The manager offered to refund us. We disagreed and they gave us a room, but not 2. We got to the room and it was filthy, smelly and no air conditioning! The desk manager said he would refund us so we went to the LaQuinta instead. No refunds on either rooms still and all around bad experience. »

« First let me say that the staff is amazing, very responsive and helpful. The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Although the condos are well equipped and modern, we did notice some wear and tear on the furniture. This was my second visit here and I would definitely stay again! »

Easy access to Interstate, shops, food etc. Only negative, the AC was quite noisy and couldn't seem to switch it off completely. There's a wall control along with a control on the unit. « As of April 2026 this place is nearly new. It’s a unique set up to me. It’s a Homewood Suites on one side and HGI on the other, shares the same lobby. My only 2 issues are that breakfast on the HGI side is lactate $15, and it’s prob not worth $5. Empty dishes, empty coffee and non helpful staff. « I booked a premium suite with 3 beds through expedia, but when we areive and checked in they checked us into a 2 bed, when I asked for the room we booked they told me to call expedia and that there was nothing they could do about it because it was expedias bad for getting the room code wrong. Furthermore the room we needed was sold out so there was no point in raising the issue any further. The hotel was ok. »
