« This seems to be a newer hotel but either way it is immaculately kept. The room was very spacious, all amenities were provided in the bathroom, which had a large walk-in shower. Easy access from the interstate. Continental breakfast didn't have hot foods such as bacon, sausage, waffles but had a nice selection of other items including yogurt with all the topings, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, cereals and pastries as well as coffee and juices. « I didn't like that the exercise room was open 24 hours. Our room was right next to the exercise room and our headboard was on that wall. A few people went in everyday at 1 am too use the treadmill. I could hear them running and talking. It woke me up everyday. »

« Good morning, our stay at this hotel was not what we wanted. When we arrived we found that the room reserved for us was on the second floor. As my wife has a knee injury we asked for a room on the first floor. This was refused to us on the pretext that the room had been reserved by Expedia and that the hotel's reservation system did not allow it. The clerk at the front desk was stubborn and did not want to accommodate our request. We wasted half an hour discussing the situation and the clerk...

« We usually love Home2Suites and seek them out when we travel. This time it was not a pleasant experience. We stayed Sun to Mon this Memorial Day weekend. We were told at check in AND the sign in the lobby stated breakfast went until 10am on weekends and holidays. This morning was Memorial Day and by 9:01 breakfast was being cleared. Its especially frustrating when you are relying on that breakfast and you paid for it. No do nkt disturb signs were provided in the room and housekeeping was...

« The breakfast situation was a bit confusing. Even the email sent about breakfast didn’t make sense. There isn’t a breakfast but you can get Quick service eats but get a full breakfast for $13. Then staff looked as if they didn’t want to make breakfast so we left out for it. Also there was a weird guy in the lobby hanging with the Front Lobby Staffer. Freaked my kid out. »
