« Good morning, our stay at this hotel was not what we wanted. When we arrived we found that the room reserved for us was on the second floor. As my wife has a knee injury we asked for a room on the first floor. This was refused to us on the pretext that the room had been reserved by Expedia and that the hotel's reservation system did not allow it. The clerk at the front desk was stubborn and did not want to accommodate our request. We wasted half an hour discussing the situation and the clerk...

« I was blown away by this place! I booked it last minute as a halfway stop on our drive home from spring break, and I honestly wish we had more time there. The hotel itself was beautiful and incredibly clean. Our room was comfortable and spotless, my kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. On top of that, all of the staff were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel! »

« I booked a premium suite with 3 beds through expedia, but when we areive and checked in they checked us into a 2 bed, when I asked for the room we booked they told me to call expedia and that there was nothing they could do about it because it was expedias bad for getting the room code wrong. Furthermore the room we needed was sold out so there was no point in raising the issue any further. The hotel was ok. »
