« Was a great stayRoad getting there is tricky but luckily we had a four wheel drive Never could figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan in the living room We will be back….great memories were made there I proposed and she said “Yes!!” »

« We enjoyed our stay and certainly return. Our group was 2 couples and 2 children.Everyone had enough space to be comfortable. The view is beautiful so we enjoyed our time at the house. While in the area, we visited Skyline Caverns and the Shenandoah River. I did have a challenging time getting Door Dash to the house. After 30 minutes of seeing the driver in the neighborhood we got in the car to track down the driver. Her cell service was poor so we were unable to communicate. If I ordered...

« The location was absolutely stunning — one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed, and the house itself was just as lovely. Everything was clean, peaceful, and true to the photos. Unfortunately, the host experience wasn’t as positive. She lives next door and sent additional rules at the last minute, then seemed to scrutinize us throughout the stay. « The host was attentive to our request before arrival, and again on the first day. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated. It feels like a museum of fine art. The upstairs bathroom with shower is really nice. There is a powder room downstairs. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you need, and more! Easy walking distance to downtown. It's a great location. We highly recommend this VRBO home. Thank you very much! It's a treasure! »

« Host let us in a bit early which was nice! »

« The place was clean. Great experience and the views are beautiful. Plan on going back again! »

« Space was very clean and smelled great! Came with everything we needed, bed and even couch were super comfy. The shower was amazing, the handheld sprayer was a great touch. Short walk to downtown, coffee and restaurants. Loved the guidebook the host sent prior to check in that recommended things to do and places to eat. Would love to come back and book this again on an anniversary trip! »

« House very clean. Great hospitality. »

« property was beautifully designed.lovely hot tub towels.but the lack of cleanliness throughout took away from our enjoyment of the aesthetics.upon arrival I had to clean the microwave and oven, both of which were filthy. we were asked to walk about the house without shoes, and were surprised to see how filthy our socks and feet were at that. one bathroom trash can had garbage in it when we arrived, and another bathroom trash can didn't have an insert at all, the trash just kind of falls through...
