Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion. »

« The staff were excellent; however (1) the bathroom was dirty (2) the refrigerator motor was so loud we had to turn it completely off and (3) why would anyone use tin/metal bed frames?? Every time I moved or my husband moved the squeaking was so loud it woke us up. »
