« Condo is ok but we have seen cleaner. Pool key was missing and we could not use pool or bbq on our first day. We could not reach the owner. Many dead birds on the balcony when we arrived and clim had been off for quite a while because it was crazy hot and it took 24h to make it comfortable. Great pool. »

« The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! Underground parking was great as it keeps the car out of the hot Hawaiian sun. « The location, the view and the amenities are a amazing! But the only reason I hesitate to put the 5 star is because some of the appliances were old and the dishwasher was broken, it does need a revamp in some of the pans, kitchen utensils, fans and lighting fixtures.But if you aren’t staying inside too long is a great place! »

« Centrally located and very clean, this condo was key in wrapping our Hawaiian vacations in Kona. It was hot, but we were able to figure out a way to stay cool by using the AC and fans. Mahalo! »

« Property was as described with a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, comfortable bed and a view of the ocean from the balcony. It was a great location in the middle of downtown making it easy to walk to multiple stores and restaurants. The property was very clean and communication with the property management company was easy with quick responses. The only downside was a musty smell. »
