« This is a very basic room. Not luxurious at all. I had to lug my suitcase up to the third floor! When I walked in, the room was very hot! The A/C cycles on and off and is pretty loud. The street noise is quite loud. The 2 chairs in the unit need to be replaced with something comfortable. The desk did not explain how to open the door. « I gotta say this property was much better than I ever expected. The unit very clean and well taken care of, beautifully decorated and quiet. Its is a ground floor so it was nice to look out on the lanai to see the lush plants and little mongoose running around. Parking was great right in front of our place a big plus. « Excellent location. Room was different than expected with pictures shown. They are a mix of rooms. Once I figured out some things, all was amazing. Quiet. Safe. Comfortable.Great location for exploring the island. Walkable small beaches. Received a lot of different emails about the property and checking in. It made it confusing but figured it out. « This was a great place to stay! We were here for 6 nights and had a really amazing stay. There was onsite parking (which is huge), and it was very easy to find a parking spot.The location is in the middle of all of the Kona buzz, which made it easy for us to walk around when we stayed in town. The Farmer’s Market was less than a 5 minute walk, and Safeway, Walmart, and Target were all quite easy to get to.
