« What a great location!!! Up in the hills away from everything and much cooler than below clouds. Amazing hosts and be sure to take extra quarters to give Meow Meow treats. We called in the mobile massage therapist listed on frig and would highly recommend her for future guests. »

« When I made the reservation, it was listed as one full (?) bed and roll out sofa. I was surprised to to find an additional full size bed in the living room. which worked out great for us. It should make it more "rentable" in the future. 2 wishes: 1) better directions to get to the property, e.g. make a turn onto Haleki'i St then ... 2) Have some kind of visual identifier to make sure we were at the correct property, e.g. a sign "Casa Grateful" or photo of the outside the house and door. « We are accustomed to a more natural setting so this lush, open air setting with the songs of many birds and frogs in the background was absolutely perfect. There are neighbor cabins on the farm but because of distance and the lush vegetation it feels very private— with the exception of a visit by a very friendly black cat in the evening, we didn’t see any people. « This studio was perfect for our stay in Kona! The check-in process was very smooth and easy, and the place was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Chris was available whenever we needed, and he went above and beyond in his thoughtfulness to create a great experience. I will stay here again when I make it back to Kona! Highly recommend. »

« Nous avons été un peu surpris au premier abord. Mais la maison tout en bois d’Emma et Bryan a su nous charmer par sa conception, son environnement, le domaine sur lequel elle se situe. La faune et la flore nous ont definivement enchanté ! »

« This condo was so relaxing and peaceful!! The view was incredible from the golf course, seeing the shoreline wake up and glitter in the sun, while sitting on the shaded balcony as the golfers rolled out each morning. We played lots of pickleball (located conveniently across the road from the condo-30 second walk) along with the private pool. We also enjoyed using the driving range and eating at Johnny’s restaurant that is part of the golf club shop, and had amazing food and live music. Also...

« Enjoyed our stay in Waikaloa Village. We usually stay closer to the beach, but the Village is really a short drive. Nice neighborhood for walking/ shopping/ eating before heading to the beach. Quiet pool and hot tub area. No worries that the living room area doesn't have AC. Temps were pleasant and the AC in the bedrooms was a plus. We would definitely book this property again :) »

"Hotel bien placé avec petit parking. Belle piscine face à l ocean. Chambre spatieuse bien équipée. Probleme de pression dans la douche. Je recommande cet hotel. "

"Very nice place. All new, clean and the room was SO spacious. The pool is amazing for the kids especially. The pool restaurant was perfect but Piko for dinner was more average. The emplacement of the resort is a bit far from the action (Kona town) so you really need a car. Having said that, our 4 nights was perfect and I would got back. "
