« This is a great house to rent. With an older teen, it was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. And while we didn't plan on cooking, we ended up making dinner there one night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Because we were out most of the day, we didn't get to see the horses. Hopefully we can spend some daylight hours there next time. »

« This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. « We had an amazing stay, close and convenient to Knoxville. This house was perfect! Spacious rooms and bathrooms. My teens loved being able to Bluetooth into the built-in speakers in each room. Nice outdoor space with grill and carport. Beds were comfortable too! »

« This house is perfect for large families! I’ve never seen so many beds in one house. Like someone else mentioned the driveway is a little Intimidating! It’s straight up and down! « Awesome house. Plenty of parking. Close to university and plenty of restaurants. Neighborhood great for walking and just sitting outside. Owner had snacks and coffee available which is always so nice .. wish we would have found this gem earlier in our time while our son was at university. »
