« The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. A couple of things needed attention like the veneer on bathroom door was peeling from water damage and the material on the rolling chair was coming off but all in all I would stay here again. »

« Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon. »

« This is a terrible place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and the second morning we found a live GERMAN COCKROACH! We took it to the front desk and showed them and the lady at the front desk was immediately questioning us on how it got there. « Situé à 4 miles du centre-ville de Knoxville, cet hotel est correct pour un séjour d'affaire. Il mériterait une bonne rénovation de la cuisinette et de la salle de bain. Dans la cuisinette, une plaque de cuisson à deux feux, dont un ne fonctionnait pas. trop peu d'ustensiles de cuisine pour vraiment cuisiner des repas dans la chambre.
