« I stayed here three years ago, with a couple of my family members, and felt comfortable and safe. When another trip to Knoxville came up, this Holiday Inn was automatically my first choice. Staff is helpful, beds are comfortable, rooms are huge (at least my two have been). The only thing I don't like is the position of the towel racks by the sink; for those of us who stand when washing our hands, we either have to push the towel to one end and stand very awkwardly to avoid our clothes touching...
