« The bathroom sink drained slowly. The sink was full of water after brushing my teeth or washing my face. The TV remote was dead & thus, we could not watch TV. We got there early & wanted to check in early. The staff said there was a room ready, but it would cost an extra $25. I paid it because we were weary from our long drive from Memphis & were headed to downtown Knoxville. We did not get back to the room until 10:30 pm. « One towel, 2 pillows for two beds, and they should really be called rag stuffed pillow cases. No fridge, no microwave, tv was so snowy you couldn't see faces. Requested help for TV, requested towels, requested pillows, all requests went unanswered. 80 dollars, would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car and saving the money and discomfort.
