« We enjoyed our stay with a couple exceptions. The Roku didn’t work and the trains woke us up at night. »

« The room was very clean and quiet. I had no issues with the building. I did not feel the area was really very safe for walking to some of the nearby breweries and restaurants. However, it was not a big deal for me to drive to those places. »

Check-in and out were easy and communication was great.Family of three spent a week here while visiting family. Our 12-yr old was comfortable on the fold-out.The couple of issues (absolutely not under the owners' control) were addressed quickly and appropriately.We would absolutely stay here again. »

« Convenient and clean. Parking is a little confusing but can be free if you use the day lot and then move it at 8pm to street and then back to free lot by 8am. Host was very kind and helped with a last minute emergency check in. Blueberry muffins were a nice touch. »

« This loft is perfect for a stay in Knoxville. Great location, close to may restaurants, bars, etc. Also very walkable to UTK. The loft has everything you need, including parking (included) just a short block away. The unit is very quiet and clean. It has large windows and a great view of the sunrise making it very light and open inside. Beds are comfortable and bathroom good size and clean. Communication was top notch. A very enjoyable stay that I would recommend to others. »
