The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). For those two points, this is a 5-star condo unit. However, I have downgraded this unit due to (1) maintenance issues which to me affected the unit's cleanliness and (2.) inaccuracy of the listing. « Great location on peak 8. Walk across the street, ski down to Snowflake lift or to the parking lot and a small walk to the gondola. Then ski back at the end of the day on 4 o'clock. Bit of a hike back up from town. Glad we had a car. »

« We loved the condo- great central location to Keystone, Dillion/Silverthorne, Breck. My non-skiing friends enjoyed the Keystone Nordic Center for snowshoeing and winter hiking trails. The hot tub in the recreation club house was a hit in the afternoon as well. Our condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen / laundry. « We had a great stay at Pine Ridge and 5 great days of skiing at Breck. The house is quite comfortable and roomy with a great open floor plan between kitchen, living room, and dining area. We found the beds to be equally as comfortable with foam mattresses. The location is perfect for access to town and the slopes. That said, I would not classify it as ski-in/ski-out. It is definitely a ski-in house as the 4 O'Clock run brings you just feet from the entrance and is clearly marked with a sign on...
