There wasn’t a guest in that room when we stayed, but having to share the bathroom with strangers could make for tighter quarters than some folks might be looking for. That said - our stay was lovely! »

« House was very clean and laid out perfectly. Even though small in square footage, it did not feel like it and we had 7 kids there. Only downside is location but we had no issues with people in neighborhood. »

« We were in Indianapolis for a women’s conference, we didn’t spend much time in the house other than to sleep. It was roomy, decorated nice, and was clean. We weren’t expecting it to be a duplex, but was okay with that. The step up onto the porch was a bit high. Host was wonderful, allowing us early check in so we could get settled in before leaving for the conference. I would recommend this property to others. »

« The first and best part of our stay was the quiet safe neighborhood. Definitely a better alternative to staying downtown or at a hotel filled with noisy guests.Beds and towels were clean and comfortable. I stayed with my young son, parents, and a friend. We all had plenty of room to sleep. Knowing it was one bathroom, we would plan ahead for who needed to shower.The house itself has character. My son said “the floors talk when we walk.” He was fascinated with the old-school video games. I think...

« Everything was great. We were only there for one night but will definitely come back if we are in the area. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean, and the beds were comfy. We didn't need anything but the hosts were great as far as details and updates. Highly recommended. »
