« We had an issue with our room that required we switch rooms in the middle of the night. I was told a manager would speak to me in the morning and “make it right”. I stopped by at check out and the manager didn’t even come out from the office but instead told the clerk to tell me they would call me. That was 8 days ago and I have still not received a call. « Staff was very good in every respect. But... The breakfast food is pretty bad. My room walls were badly cracked (from building setlling?) but not repaired. Toilet had a leak and ran every ten minutes or so, all night. Stains on the rooms sofa. »

« Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

« For a lower budget hotel (we just needed somewhere to sleep as we checked in after 11 and checked out at 6:30) I appreciated that they are making updates and rooms while bare boned were very clean. However the overhead light in our room did not work (the lights by the bed did) and the bathroom having an auto fan was super loud. Also our toilet paper roll holder was loose and not attached properly to the wall. However absolutely a good stay for the price point and clean. »

« Property appears to be in average condition, Rooms good, Pool and ice machines and such in poor condition. Breakfast area was Good and Food was good. Prices in the onsite market were a bit steep. Staff was great !!! Parking decent. Lots of kids, running around, doing local sports tournament stuff. Need a place to stay and this property filled the bill, would stay again, if necessary.
