« Please don’t hook this place. They advertise Tesla chargers and it is not existing. The staff was ok. Bathrooms clean but the rooms are old. No the worst but for almost $200 you can have a better place. They advertise as a Hilton but it is not even close. The reception said that they are working on it. So please do your self a favor and find another place. »

« I loved this property. The staff was so polite when we got there. They offered us water and fresh baked cookies. They were funny and kind. The parking was complimentary. The room was very well maintained and the property was in the heart of Helen. The breakfast was very nice. Not only was the area very clean but it was well stocked with choices. »

« I stayed at the hotel from June 20 to 21. The next morning, both my wife and I discovered several itchy, red insect bites on our bodies. I informed the front desk staff and showed them the bites, but the attendant asked no questions and showed absolutely no reaction to what I said. »
