« The host was nice, helpful and easy to communicate with. Our room had an assigned bathroom, it wasn’t in the room, but just down the hall. That worked fine for us. We needed a clean, reasonably priced place for an overnight stay on our road trip and this ticked all the boxes. »

« The pictures honestly do not do this property justice. It is even more gorgeous in person ! The property owner was phenomenal & communicated everything without being asked. We used this to get ready for my daughter’s wedding and the setting could not have been more perfect. Will absolutely rent again! »

« Five of us wound up staying. We were celebrating birthdays and just wanted somewhere to enjoy each other‘s company and relax. Originally planned for six people it would have been two in the full size bed so five was just right actually. The place is comfortable and on a quiet street close to everything. This owner was very prompt with responses and helpful with information. It was really very nice. »

« We spent a few days to attend a family wedding. We were 7 and the house was extremely comfortable for all of us. The house is 2 floors and there is no bathroom upstairs so keep that in mind when assigning sleeping arrangements. We found a well stocked welcome basket and a bottle of wine which were very much appreciated. The location is perfect as it is in the middle of wine country, less than 2 miles from the beach and near quaint little towns. We would definitely stay there again. »

« My family and I came for an 8 day event from a different state and wanted a clean and comfortable place to stay with our at the time 9 month old daughter. And this place did exactly that. Comfortable and CLEAN. The owner did a great job with details. Even when we had unexpected check out delays the owner showed human empathy. Great place! »

« Very clean and tidy, the home accommodated our group of eight nicely. The pool is heated and is really nice to come home to after visiting all the surrounding sites (i.e. downtown Mystic, Mystic Aquarium, the Submarine museum). 15 minute drive from Mystic. Great communication. »

« The place could not have been more perfect for our family with 3 boys and other family members who love water activities! We actually ended up buying and leaving 2 fishing poles and 2 crab rings at the property, which I hope they will leave for others to use. We had a class reunion event at the USCG Academy & had a full schedule the whole weekend, but the place was so nice we missed a couple of events and delayed getting to events and left the events as soon as possible so that we can get back...

« Located so perfectly close to everything we wanted to do on vacation. The house was so clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was A++. The neighbors were even so friendly and waving/smiling. It felt as if we were home. If we come back to that area again we hope this place will be available. »
