« Such a cute place! We had a quiet weekend here and everyone raved about what a great place it was to stay rain or shine. The only thing that was challenging was not having any towels provided as some of us flew in. Didn't diminish our experience but could have been noted more clearly in the listing. »

« The house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making me feel comfortable right from the start. The location was perfect—local attractions and great restaurants, which made exploring the town very convenient. Walter was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always quick to reply to any questions or requests. Overall, I highly recommend this home for a friendly and hassle-free stay! »

« We stayed at this lovely home during a family wedding weekend. It fit us all comfortably. It is cozy and clean. Communication with the property manager was easy; he was very helpful and made the process seamless. This is a beautiful area of Long Island and the Vineyard Beach House was a wonderful addition to our family wedding weekend. »

« Our stay was delightful at the SandPiper. It was a perfect size for our family and the host thought of everything to make sure we were comfortable. Greenport is a gem and even though it rained while we were here, we enjoyed taking the ferry over to Shelter Island and Sag Harbor. Great location on a quiet street. (And close to the ferry to CT.) « Property is perfect! Only 5 minutes from town, and so close to all of the vineyards. Well appointed with everything that we could possibly need— from toiletries, to wine keys, cooking, and coffee, making supplies. Beautiful rooms that were clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding were hotel quality. Gorgeous in ground pool, hot tub and indoor/outdoor patio for relaxing. I’m saving this property as a “favorite”!!! »

« We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful North Fork home! The location couldn’t have been better: right in the middle of wine country, close to all the vineyards and attractions, but tucked just off a main road so it still felt peaceful and secluded. « We had a wonderful holiday visit at the cozy seaside cottage. Allison and Tracy were great hosts. The house has everything you need and is in a great, quiet neighborhood in the North Fork with a short walk to the beach. We’re excited to try it in warmer weather too. »

« House is impeccable and very well equipped. Great backyard with lounge chairs + grill, bikes and beach acccessories in the garage and a fully-stocked kitchen for everything you need on your trip. « We were 12 family members ages 7 to 75 and this house was perfect for us. There are several common rooms for the group to comfortably gather with a very large kitchen island where we spent a lot of time. The house is supplied with everything we could have wanted included very high quality beds, bedding, pool towels, and a fully stocked kitchen, even including helpful things like spices. « This home is beautiful, spacious and a wonderful gate away! Tucked into a quiet neighborhood with an incredible yard. It was perfect for our gathering with several families and young kids. The bedrooms are spacious and the house is sprawling with plenty of room to spread out. The cute touches like puzzle challenges and games to play made it lovely. The screened in porch with heaters was a favorite spot of adults and kids alike. We would highly recommend and stay again! »

« We went for Shellabration in Greenport and had a GREAT time!! The home is close to town so you can really walk to everything, Cute little backyard, great beds!! Plenty of off street parking. We were only there for really about 36 hours, so did not get to enjoy everything but would be a great place to stay for a week and enjoy all that GP has to offer!! We will be back!! « 10 of us stayed at this house during LDW and had the most incredible experience. The pictures do not do the house justice- it was even better than we anticipated. Beyond gorgeous, so clean, huge, and the backyard will leave you speechless. We cannot recommend it enough. The only downside was the bedrooms upstairs were warm. Thank you to our amazing hosts!!!! We will be back. »
