While exploring Greenport and the North Fork are the main events, you could easily be tempted for a night in with our cozy indoor and outdoor living spaces.

➤ Living Room: Step into a bright & airy living room with a comfortable sofa & chairs and a brand new Roku Tv. The open-concept layout flows into the kitchen & dining room, making for a spacious feel in a cozy home.

➤ Kitchen: The stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal with your finds from local farms and shops. We have a Nespresso coffee maker, a kitchen island for additional seating, and all the cookware essentials. *Please note we do not have a full-size oven, but do have an air fryer/microwave/convection oven & toaster.

➤ Dining Room: The kitchen flows into to the. light-filled dining room that can comfortably seat 6. We can set up a high chair upon request. The dining room connects to the outdoor deck, making for a smooth indoor/outdoor flow.

➤ Bathroom: The completely renovated bathroom is stocked with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & lotion & hair dryer.

➤ Bedrooms: Enjoy a restful night's sleep with blackout shades, memory foam mattresses & cotton linens. The closets have shelving and hangers for your clothes and belongings. Babyletto mini crib & mattress available upon request.

➤ Outdoor Space: Off the back of the house, you will find an inviting deck with a Weber grill, fire pit table & outdoor seating for you to enjoy your coffee or a local glass of wine. Steps off the deck, there is a spacious backyard with an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a day at the beach. There is a 2-person hammock for lounging under the trees. Sit back in adirondack chairs and roast marshmallows under the stars with a new Breeo Smokeless Fire Pit. The guest shed is stocked with lawn games (cornhole, bocce set & more), beach cruiser bikes & other beach essentials all available for your use.
