« Great spot for four adult friends (one couple) to hang out for a few days and see Denver. Very clean (and I'm picky), great communication, and cozy mix of old home vibes and eclectic decor. Walkable to a ton of restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to everything else. Downstairs shower is a little tight but completely workable. Gas fireplace was a great perk during cold evenings on the couch. Dedicated garage was also incredibly convenient and saved us the stress of street parking....

« We felt very much at home in the house. It is very spacious and comfortable and excellently equipped (especially the kitchen). The contact with the host was very pleasant and prompt. The description of the bedrooms though does not match the beds on site: there are three bedrooms, two of them with a queen/king size bed and one with a queen size bunk bed (room for 4 people). We would come back at any time, but would adjust the number of people to the beds on site. »

« Family friendly and spacious basement with great communication with the owners. Our family of 8 came down to spend our Spring break adventuring and hiking. It just so happened to be the week of a crazy snowstorm and the walkway was always shoveled for us in case we wanted to venture out. Though we did stay and enjoy home cooked meals and movie binges as well. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall a perfect cozy place to stay and I would highly recommend. »
