Locations de vacances privées à North Dayton

« Loved our stay! »

« The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

« We traveled to Dayton to visit the Air Force Museum and Carillon Historical Park and to catch a ball game. What you see in the listing in what you get: a clean, comfortable townhouse with a very comfortable bed. Great location (walk to Dayton Dragons) and restaurants. Two caveats: the stairs are steep and shallow, use caution going up and down. People who need absolute darkness to sleep, bring a mask or be an early riser. West facing window in stairwell filters light into the bedroom. That being...

« It was a quick visit but everything was perfect. »

« This is a beautiful house so close to UD. We always feel comfortable and safe here »

« Dolly’s Haven was the perfect place to relax while visiting Huber Heights. The rooms were cute and beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room were clean and functional. We didn’t use the game room much but it was full of activities to keep us busy if we wanted something to do »

« The property was spotless! The kitchen was well-equipped as well were the bathrooms. Very comfortable. We even enjoyed the trains! »

« Location perfect, clean and responsive host »

« Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...

« The Gem City Farmhouse was such a beautiful home for myself and friends to stay while volunteering at the AMEN Free Clinic in Dayton, Ohio. The communication from the host and also the owner was impeccable! And the house looks in person just what you see in the pictures listed, very beautiful home, thank you again! »

« A well priced and nice property near the National Museum of the US Air Force. I was able to walk to pick up dinner for our family both nights from some of the many locations less than a 1/2 mile away. »
