« The house was well equipped, modern and very clean. Smart tv and wifi was included. Very quiet location. Parking was a bit tricky in the dark. Nice garden which would be lovely in warmer weather. »

« The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay. »

« Stay was enjoyed by all ages hot tub and pool table appreciated particularly by the youngsters only one thing we felt could be replaced were the tall stools in the conservatory. We felt they were unsafe and very rickety but had no reflection on our stay »

« Charming, historical barn. A clever use of a cosy space. Spotless. All amenities you could want -but top tip, look for cutlery in the sideboard! Futon perhaps not as comfy as one might hope. But, overall, a lovely stay. »

« Has a lovely time at the cottage which is in a fantastic position overlooking Monmouth. The cottage is very comfortable with all the facilities you need. Overall an excellent place to spend some time chilling! »

« Liz et John sont très très très gentils, accueillants et vous mettent à l’aise. Tout est parfait dans ce cottage, rien ne manque. Un standing irréprochable, une propreté fantastique, une literie hyper confortable. Le plus, c’est d’offrir un premier petit déjeuner aux hôtes en mettant à disposition des produits (frigo et placard). Ce cottage est magnifiquement décoré, le charme à l’anglaise!!! « Loved our stay at this perfect accommodation and the hosts could not be more welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Bath and the train station was a 3 min walk. There is a wonderful pub just down from the apartment that had the best breakfast and an Indian rewrite some of the best Indian ever. The grocery across the street was perfect for grabbing groceries as well. Would 100% recommend. »

« Lovely house in great location. Took us a while to work out how to use the key but that was probably our fault! Also we were given the wrong code for back door key so could not use back door til we met laundry lady who gave us the right code! Showers were not great - some had no pressure or hot water but we managed with the ones that did work! Heating worked well. Dishwasher broken but we didn’t do any cooking so wasn’t a problem. We would definitely book this house again »

« The host has thought of everything! It is truly a home from home (but this place has far better decor than my home!) Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. Far better and so much more than a hotel room. »

« We loved every moment of our stay here, from the friendly welcome from Paul and Jill to the little home comforts and warm cosy beds! The accommodation had everything we needed, and more, for a few days away. The kitchen was filled with everything needed to enable us to self-cater. However, there was plenty of lovely restaurants to enjoy close by, we would recommend a lovely meal down the road at The Old Inn! Beds were super comfy, the rooms were warm and cosy and everything was super clean....
