« Hotel bien. Le seul bémol c'est qu'on a choisi cette hotel pour la piscine et elle etait fermee car trop de monde pas cool du tout pour les enfants. Le parking a 8 livres non surveillè c est de l abus par contre pour tout le reste rien a dire c'était tres bien »

« Très bon hôtel proche de Bristol. Au calme car au dessus d'une colline. Bar et restauration possible. Personnes à mobilité réduite : déconseillé car des escaliers de partout et assez étroits. WIFI un peu limité dans les chambres. »

« We were welcomed by the lovely Isa who was so friendly and helpful, she showed us to our room and explained everything. She recommended somewhere to eat nearby and took time to suggest other possibilities if option one was not possible because it was a busy Saturday night. We saw her again the next day. From the excellent communication before arrival to the moment we arrived and beyond, Christopher (the proprietor) made sure we felt right at home. « A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

"Le séjour a été ok. Réception correcte mais très peu aidante. Souriante mais réponses inutiles aux questions. On vous suggérera de prendre un taxi si vous cherchez un endroit car "c'est plus facile". A noter que les lits ne sont pas faits tous les jours car ils ne sont faits que lorsque le draps sont changés. Les femmes de ménage ne touchent pas aux affaires personnelles, ce qui s'étend visiblement au sol. Rideaux un peu abîmés, j'étais réveillée par le soleil le matin...A noter également que la piscine est 10 livres par entrée et non par jour comme indiqué sur expedia"

"The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. "

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"

"The hotel is only OK. The rooms were freezing, heathers are in very state, and one room did not warm up. I requested an extra duvet/ blanket to reception. NEVER got it. Lights in room are very low, and not easy if you need to work before your meeting. In general, I would not recommend this OK hotel "
