« 1. No prearrival communication. I had to call the day before to find out what was going on "call me when you arrive" was the answer 2. Amenities not great: no waste bin in the kitchen, washed up crockery left out on the drainer, bathroom dirty, toilet seat not fitted to the toilet 3. The beds were nice and well made up 4. « Lovely couple of nights spent at Quackers. We was surprised to find cupboards well stocked and the added bonus of milk in the fridge so we could grab a cuppa whilst unpacking. Only confusion was with pets as they only allow 2 small dogs which we didn’t see but it’s now on the site. Deborah was very helpful and came to an arrangement. I can’t fault communication and would highly recommend to others. We’d definitely love to go again maybe for a little longer. »
