The property didn’t disappoint. It had a water view and it was in a great location within walking distance to waterfront marina, shopping and restaurants as well as entertainment.

Very nice and comfy rooms. Lush bedding and an AMAZING shower. This hotel is updated and in a great area, you can easily walk to plenty of touristy spots. Plus dining and shopping options are all around. I definitely would stay here again

I was really disappointed when I spilled water on the bathroom floor and when I wiped it up the floor was filthy. I hadn’t been in the room yet and I just checked in. I don’t think they need to change how they clean. Them dust mops don’t clean dirt very well clearly. But its location is great for the waterside. It’s walking distance. The waterside has good eats and drinks.

I was disappointed in the quality of the hotel. The rooms are poorly designed. For example, you cannot open the closet door if the bathroom door is open, and hung sliding doors are just a hassle. The bathroom floor felt sticky. An alarm went off in the adjacent connected room at 6 a.m. and rang until I figured out how to contact the front desk and someone was sent up to turn it off. While the front desk attendant told me that this has been a problem there and apologized, the bill was not adjusted for the inconvenience of waking up at that hour when I really needed the sleep. There are no additional bed coverings, such as a blanket, in the closet, and no spread or coverlet on the bed - I used a jacket to cover my legs to stay warm enough. Instructions on using the shower might be helpful to guests who have not used a similar system. We figured it out, but it took awhile.

After we checked in, we received a letter under our door that said that the water would be shut off the following day from 10am-3pm. They knew this when we checked in but didn't tell us so we didn't have an opportunity to change hotels. When we went to complain, they basically said, "we told you it was going to happen so we don't have to compensate you in any way." Had we known before we checked in, we would have changed hotels. The next morning, the toilet backed up.

Arrived late, but the views from my room were immaculate. It was clean, but I always clean also before making myself comfortable. It was quiet. I found a great place to park on the street or you can utilize the garage across the street. My breakfast came to my room hot and ready. Will stay again.

Our room was clean, the bedding and towels were great and we appreciated all of the outlets for charging, small touches, etc. Our room had a fridge which was a nice touch as well as a blow dryer and ironing board available. Really pleased with our stay and the location was great!

Having a city garage across the street with a direct access from the 3rd floor was very convenient. Also an easy walk to the maritime museum and the Wisconsin. Nice breakfast room on the 2nd floor and adjacent restaurant on the ground floor was excellent.

Check in was chaotic - no orderly line to join for front desk. Room booked was not available when we checked in. We did get a "better" room, but it had one king bed and a pull out instead of 2 doubles. Toilet did not work in room provided - engineering came to fix after second call to front desk. Hotel pool was over chlorinated - you could smell it when the elevator doors opened. Four elevators for 26 floors, and one wasn't working. Check out was a disaster waiting for an elevator - I ended up walking from the 17th floor. Also - smoking right in front of the door was out of control. Hotel needs to regulate that better.

Their valet parking and service is a little challenging. Area to park for valet service was always full and only one or two valets were working so a few of us had to double park because street parking was not available. No one was available outside to tell us to double park. Had to go inside to find this out. Other than that we had a pleasant stay and loved the modern fixtures and decor.

From start to end my stay was great. The friendly staff made check in and check out a breeze. They provided local knowledge of the places around us and seemed to genuinely enjoy their customers. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, coffee and tea service, and hygiene amenities. I did not get to make use of their pool or gym but other customers raved about them.

Wedding weekend
A very accommodating staff. We had a 4 o’clock wedding to attend and front desk staff worked it out for us to check in early! All staff members had a smile and eager to assist.
