« Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and it was 10 to 4 and check in is 3. The staff manning the desk when arriving could be more welcoming. How about a smile and welcome to wyndham or such. It was off putting when you are made to feel that it was our fault and we were an inconvenience that we had to wait for our room to be ready. I can't fault the cleanliest or the accommodations they were great. »

« The hotel room was excellent, clean with a comfortable bed and large clean bathroom. They were doing some renovations on the property and when they are done it should deserve 5 stars. »

« Upon check-in, I was advised that the elevator was out of service in our room was on the third floor. So we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs during our stay. This was upsetting as my mother had planned to come with us, but at the last minute decided not to. If she had come, I don't know how we would've gotten up and down the stairs as she uses a walker. Also, the TV did not work at all in our room. One of the hotel employees came up to the room and thought he could fix it but he...
