It stinks in the halls and common spaces and they are trying to overcompensate with air freshener that makes it worse. 4. Broken furniture. « Location location location! Our 3rd floor, 2-bed 2-bath unit was so spacious and well-equipped, we could host a Thanksgiving dinner! Sweet balcony. Wonderful view to the west, awesome roof equipped with grills, walkable to boutiques, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and even a sweet cat café…and it was quiet!
