« Si vous allez à Rice Lake, n'hesitez pas sur cette hotel, il est très propre, très confortable avec les grands lits à l'américaine et en plus le petit déjeuner est gratuit; même si celui-ci n'est pas très alléchant (mais c'est a peu prés partout comme ça dans la région, les USA ne sont pas connus pour leur gastronomie), il a le mérite d'exister. De plus l’hôtel est idealement situé, sur Main street, la rue principale de cette ville typique du fin fond du Wisconsin. »

« We had a wonderful stay here. Location was great and the Staff was friendly. Our room was mostly clean & comfy. Very quiet and roomy as well. The Pool was chilly and the hot tub needed water. The Pool was still being filled when we went to use it but that was my only big complaint. Still used them both. Loved the big variety of breakfast provided with their continental breakfast as well! And a nice big room for eating in. We’ll definitely stay again. »

« We’ve stayed here for years and it’s always been convenient, comfortable and friendly. Apparently the former owner sold, and now the room check in is all done virtually, which we’ve not had to deal with before. It was a surprise at check in to have no front desk, and nobody on site to assist. We had to initiate a zoom like call for help getting keys. The remote agent was helpful and we got keys, and it worked ok. She was in Canada. I’d rather deal with a local, on site manager and have some...
