« the hotel was very nice and the young lady at the desk was very helpful. it is a shame that the visit had to be let down by some basic problems. i have never seen hotel with such low water pressure. i do not know if this was a problem with the hotel or the local water system. there was hardly enough water pressure to adequately wash my hands. on top of that, they provide no small bars of soap. just some liquid soap mounted awkwardly too high on the wall to use easily. maybe they need to install...

« Property is older and is declining and needs some updates and maintenance. The need for non-feather bedding was not followed through with. Had to reach out multiple times before finally securing it very late one night. No apologies or follow-up by staff regarding the issue. Several times the front desk was unmanned when we went by. Minimal parking, had to park on the street frequently. »
