« Frightening area. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES YOU SEE. VAs we were pulling in, unable to get in, a most likely “ homeless” man swinging a baseball bat and angrily yelling something at us as he was approaching us set the stage for us. No place for an elderly lady and 2 children to stay. Immediately called host, who ASSURED me if there were any issues she would be accessible !! No response. It was storming so we finally got in. « First off, I am a big proponent of reviews. I find them very helpful when I shop online. So here goes: Pros-This was such a charming little house. It was immaculate. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of it. They pretty much thought of everything. Cleaning supplies, toiletries, dishes, towels, etc. Great value for the money. The staff was very responsive. Cons-Grass wasn’t cut in the backyard until day 2. Neighborhood around the house, might not appeal to some. I wasn’t bothered by it...

« Property was not as new as pictures shown. The Wi-Fi never worked, so the tv’s weren’t accessible, even after trying to get it fixed with the owner. »

« Our stay was great from start to finish. Victoria was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The check-in was smooth and easy, which made everything stress-free right away. The place itself had plenty of space and was very comfortable. It also had easy access to the BeltLine and different parks around the city, which was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! »

« There was no landscaping in the front yard which the picture did show. The red dirt was all right there at the front door and it was hard to keep from bringing it inside. The floors were not clean. There was a roach in the kitchen and one crawled across my friend's foot and up the wall in the bedroom. The drawers in the primary bath were disgusting. The primary shower was lovely and the water got hot quickly. As for the spare bathroom, it is very small. The shower never had hot water...
