« The property and building really created the value for the stay. But as far as the owners maintenance I would say was lack luster. Hair strands on the bed, fecal stains on the toilet seat, dirty dishes, no soap holder in the shower. All of these things that made me question the sanitation and comfort of my stay. The building and architecture of the room wad lovely. Owner pulled it down. »

« Hotel was clean and well-maintained. I will say the valet and parking are very confusing and chaotic. There were alot of groups and conventions going on and the lobby area was loud however once we got to the room, it was quiet. We loved the gift/snack shop, the in-house-made pastries were a wonderful surprise. I love the setup of the gift/snack shop, something for everyone. »

« The heating system was so noisy it prevented us from sleeping. The shuttle service from the airport was terrible. We waited outside for 30 minutes and the crowd kept getting bigger. People said they were waiting for 45 minutes.When the small shuttle finally came, it was chaos and we could not get in so we had to pay another shuttle driver servicing another hotel to take us.
