« The pool and hotub are both closed permanently. Also, there isn't someone working the front desk all the time. I saw 3 rooms that weren't cleaned with the doors propped open. Very dated. Also, continental breakfast was less than ideal. »

The staff members were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, giving us tips for vacationing in the area and happily providing us with everything we asked for during our stay.
