« We were able to check in a little early, which we appreciated. The room was a standard hotel room with a wonky sitting area that was too crowded to be comfortable. The breakfast was not great - super small area, out of food, out of coffee, crabby employees trying to get through, no seats available... We were part of a group, and others were given a room where the thermostat didn't work. The hotel knew about it when renting the room, never sent someone to fix it after being informed, and...
