« This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). « Beautiful property. Nice furnishings. However, one of the closets smelled very musty. And the HVAC system would not shut off. Even on heat it was still blowing cold air. I didn’t know it was a that home share thing until I arrived. And breakfast was lacking. While I’ve said quite a few negative things here I would still recommend it. It’s a nice place that is different from staying at a traditional hotel. If you like that sort of thing, this place is for you. »

« There was a mix up. I was charged twice for the room. The money they charged was refunded. The TV seemed Internet based. I had trouble trying to go to certain channels. The had a nice amenity, such as free drinks, like cappuccino and soda at the Convenience store next door. They were genuinely nice and tried to make their guests feel welcomed. »
