« The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was with the “hottub” which was warm but instead of soothing jets, the water erupted in irregular and unpredictable ways that drenched my head and got water in my ear! They were more like small geysers than jets!! Soaker beware! »

« The San Jose Hotel is in a convenient area of town, with free parking and stylish vintage decor. Staff are very welcoming, and the full bar with an outdoor poolside lounge is really nice for relaxing with a friend or group.There's also a cute outdoor coffee shop on the property, but I didn't have the opportunity to use it (closed the evening before Thanksgiving). Basic rooms are pretty small, but overall designed efficiently and fit the theme. Hotels with character are my preference over big...

« This was a child friendly property which was perfect for meeting up with our son and granddaughter. They loved the lazy river and pool. My husband and I loved the Spa. I received the best relaxation massage and mani-pedi. Other Spa amenities were excellent. Food at each of the hotel restaurants we tried was top notch. We hope to visit again soon! »

« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« Luey and Norris (aka the Cowboy Innkeeper) are so sweet and charming. We felt right at home. Having Luey making breakfast while talking and laughing was so heartwarming and the food was incredible. The room we had was wonderful and unbelievably clean. We will be back for sure! »
