« Needing to get money back for this stay, I brought up concerns to the front desk and received no help. Unfortunately did not get a name or pictures but I had to move rooms 3 times just to get to a room that I could stand to sleep in. I was offered no assistance moving my things from room to room. The first room smelled horribly or mildew, the second room had mold in the ac unit, the third still did not meet “exceptional” standards as listed with the room. I’m planning to get my money back. »

« Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast. Have been here several times and have always had a good experience. »

« Breakfast was not as good as past times when we were served breakfast sandwiches. Coffee was great, the orange juice was not fit to drink, watery. »

« Essai de ce tout nouvel hôtel en mars 2026. Les plus: hotel très récent, bon emplacement, à côté d'un supermarché, chambres grandes et récentes avec petit coin cuisine, petit magasin dans l'hôtel avec des produits frais (mais il y a le supermarché à 300m). Les moins: - accueil glacial - Si vous arrivez avant 15h on refuse de vous parler et de commencer votre checkin (alors que vu le parking vide il n'y avait pas grand monde). Rien n'empêche de parler au client avant 15h le jour de son...
