« Lovely home, cleanliness was 3/5, host was great in the beginning. Home did NOT have heat that was consistent, it was snowing & it was cold in the house, also the heat was turning on & off but worked when on. I contacted the host about snow removal for the property (My check out was the day after the snow storm) unfamiliar with the location I wasn’t sure how or if I’d get plowed out. « The apartment was very clean, it also has a washer and dryer which is a plus for longer stays. There's a Keurig coffee maker, which we loved. Plenty of clean towels and all the major items. We loved the location within 10 minutes of all the main attractions. We also loved the fact that it's pet friendly. »

« The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. ...

« We were hoping to finally get a break from hotels and stay at a 2 bed 2 bath and get a kitchen. We booked a month in advance and 5 days before they sent a email saying we were all set. On the day of check in we haven’t actually gotten the check in information yet so we call and nobody picks up. Vrbo wasn’t able to reach the host either.
