The Loft @ Pettigru is a 1 bed/1 bath garage apartment in the historic tree-lined Pettigru Historic District, a 3-minute walk to Main Street in Downtown Greenville, South Carolina. We are one of the only city approved Airbnb's inside Downtown GVL city limits!

Parking can be found in 2 designated spots in the adjoining parking lot in front of the detached garage where the apartment is located. You will walk up your private staircase to enter the loft. Once inside you will find:

-Living Room-
Once you enter the home, take a look to the left and find the living space, perfect for spending time with those you love. It includes a sofa, a coffee table, an area rug, and a smart TV (no cable, guests login to their own streaming services).

-Dining-
Take a look to your right from the doorway, and you'll find a table for two to enjoy a meal, card game, or conversation.

-Kitchen-
Joined to the dining and living space is the kitchen. The open set up ensures that the chef is never isolated from the fun! Our loft features a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, spices, oil, salt, pepper, and much more to make cooking a breeze. As you inspect the kitchen, you will find a section of the counter top fully equipped with a coffee station.

-Bedroom-
Right off of the living/dining space, you will find a nice sized room with a queen size bed, nightstand, and small reading lamp.

-Hall/Shared Bathroom-
Inside of the bathroom you will find a single vanity, a shower, and a toilet.

The Pettigru Loft is located in a historic neighborhood. Many of the homes have been renovated into commercial spaces. It is an ideal street to walk or ride bikes. We are neighbored by The Poinsett Club.

Public transportation in Greenville still isn't quite up to snuff-- we recommend bringing your own car or renting. Uber and Lyft are both great options for a responsible night on the town, and are very inexpensive from this location.

This space is a one bedroom apartment above a detached garage.
No tampering with the router, ring camera, or smart lock.
Smoking is permitted outdoors provided that all exterior doors and windows are closed and butts are disposed of in a non-flammable container. A fee of $250 will be assessed if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
