« The house was extremely cozy and very well kept. We enjoyed our stay, and we will absolutely be back! Hosts were very kind leaving fresh eggs and banana bread. A lot of different coffees to choose from, as well. Bed was extremely comfortable, which is hard to come by on vacation! »

« Great location and the host was quick to let me know all arrival/departure details. My wife and I are very fond of the Guntersville area. For a quick and inexpensive get away, this was the perfect little cottage. The only draw back for us was that I am an early riser, and my wife likes to sleep late. The floors in the kitchen are very squeaky and I woke her both mornings walking around. The cottage could use a little freshening up on paint, but we understood that it probably has high volume...

« Overall we had a good stay and the owners are really great people! Pet friendly and nice location to access the South Sauty boat ramp.The cottage worked out for us and what we needed, but just wanted to share a few things so others can prepare: There weren't any cleaning products in the house for daily use (outside of dawn dish soap) so we bought our own to use. Not really an issue, but wanted to call it out.There aren't a lot of options for kitchen utencils. We cooked on the charcoal grill each...

« The house was excellent, very clean and nice with good facilities available to use. Furniture was comfortable and was well laid out. property was easy to find and had a decent parking space area available for it as well. Regretably due to the cold weather we were unable to make use of the pool area but it looked nice for warmer weather. »
