The tiny home is exclusively yours during your stay, so relax, unwind, and enjoy. Access to our 8 tiny houses is via large circular gravel driveway perfect for boats!

The guest will access the home using a Smartlock with a code sent shortly before check in located in your inbox check in instructions.

House Rules:
1. Knot Working does not allow smoking, commercial photography, events or parties.

2. Please DO NOT eat in the loft areas. You may incur additional cleaning fees.

3. Pet Policy:

• Maximum of 1 pets under 30 pounds allowed and must be over a year old.
• Well trained pets only. Use of piddle pads is not accepted.
• Pets must be crated if left alone.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, throw pillows OR in the loft area.
• No aggressive breeds allowed per our insurance.
• To prevent us from having to charge our guests excessive cleaning fees, PLEASE clean up after your pet this includes fur, dirt, mud, urine, vomit and feces. We have provided rags and cleaning supplies under the sink in the kitchen, a broom and a vacuum. Use or abuse of our white linens to clean will result in a replacement charge.
• Non compliance to our pet policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given.

4. $100 Security (Incidentals) Hold (exactly like a hotel) Required on all reservations and will be held (preauthorized) 1 day after check in. May be reauthorized during a long stay.

5. Reservation payment will be charged to the guests credit card 14 days prior to check in by the host credit card processing company under "Knot Working Cabins". All cancellations within 14 days of check in will receive 50% refund of nightly rate minus a 6% processing fee.

6. Absolutely NO cleaning or discarding of fish in our cabins, dumpster or garbage. Please clean your fish at the lake.

7. Do not under any circumstances unplug the WIFI in the loft. This will cause a disruption in service to the door lock and may lock you out if the lock goes offline. The alarm on the WIFI router will sound and will not stop until the WIFI is plugged back in and the battery charged (for hours).

We have a camera on the porch looking out over the parking area for safety of our guests and adherence to house rules. Records for max 4 seconds.

House Rules:
1. Knot Working does not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. If you smoke this is not the property for you.

2. We do not allow commercial photography, events or parties for any reason at any time. Guests not registered when booking will be asked to leave.

3. Please DO NOT eat or drink in the loft areas. You may incur additional cleaning fees. Lofts are best suited for active adults and older children, require the use of steps and a low ceiling entry/exit.

4. Pet Policy:

• Maximum of 1 pet under 30 pounds allowed and must be over a year old.
• Well trained pets only. Use of piddle pads is not accepted.
• Pets must be crated if left alone and barking contained. We do not provide these crates so you will need to bring one with you. Please, when considering a crate size, keep in mind these homes are under 400 sqft. 
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, throw pillows OR in the loft area. 
• No aggressive breeds allowed per our insurance.
All pets must be leashed while outside.
• To prevent us from having to charge our guests excessive cleaning fees, PLEASE clean up after your pet. This includes fur, dirt, mud, urine, vomit and feces. We provide rags and cleaning supplies UNDER the kitchen sink, a broom and a vacuum. Please do not use our white towels/washcloths to clean. Use, abuse or staining of bedding or towels may result in guest being charged for excess cleaning/damage/replacement fees up to $150.00.

5. NO cleaning or discarding of fish in or around the cabins, in our dumpster or garbage. Out of respect for all guests, please clean your fish at the lake.

6. Do not unplug the WIFI in the loft area, an alarm will sound. The door locks require the WIFI to work properly.

7. Our cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". If the house or surrounding area is damaged or neglected, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the dwelling in, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be assessed.

8. Registered guests ONLY.
