« Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. »

« Horrible experience. They gave a key to our room to another family who woke us up in the middle of the night then wanted ME to come to the lobby. They did not have breakfast although it was listed on the amenities. No soap in the bathroom »
