« I’m from Mississippi, and this Hilton used to be one of the top places to stay in Jackson. The hotel is still large, and the staff were very nice and friendly, but the property is outdated. Only one elevator was working during my stay. My biggest issue was the air conditioning. I reported that my room was warm shortly after check-in, but it was never fixed. « Même pour une nuit d'étape, çela reste très passable. Propreté très relative , à l'intérieur de la chambre comme à l'extérieur. Une légère odeur quand on rentre dans la chambre. Il manquait une serviette de douche. Sur les photos la cuisine fait effet mais elle est entièrement vide , il n'y a même pas un verre. Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres entre elles ainsi qu' avec l'extérieur qui est bruyant. Bref une nuit qui n'a pas été reposante, je regrette... »
